My room had a very nice size, and it had a great view overlooking the pier. The bed was comfortable with plenty of space. I also found a fridge which was nice for keeping drinks cold.

There was only one socket in my signature room. It already had an extension lead with plugs.

the hotel had reserved disabled parking which i found very helpful the ground floor disabled room was spacious and well planned i really appreciated the easy access to the pier beach and gardens behind the hotel the location made reaching the town center straightforward

the lift was not working on a few occasions this meant i had to wait or climb to the appropriate floor i hope they address this soon to improve accessibility
